You set it like this:
G_RBL_LOGIN "auth.spamrats.com"
It blocks logins for ip's found in that rbl, which is intended to have known hacker ip addresses. This is unlike other RBL's, which stop spam, this one is purely to prevent login attempts from known hacking sources. It should reduce the chances of having one of your accounts compromized.
